Fruity, frozen, salty or sour–there is no wrong may to make the perfect margarita.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. blanco tequila
- 1 oz. Cointreau
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 lime wheel
- Salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and add ice. Shake and strain into a margarita glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and salt.

- .5 Triple Sec
- .5 lime juice
- 1 oz. blood orange puree

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake and pour on the rocks into a double old fashioned glass.

- 0.5 oz. sour mix

Shake over ice, strain and serve straight up in a cosmopolitan glass. Garnish the rim of the glass with salt.

- .75 oz. Mathilde pear liqueur
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 oz. blackberry puree
- 2 oz. ginger beer
- Blackberry skewer
Preparation
In a mixing tin, combine all ingredients except ginger beer and shake. Strain into a Collins glass and top with ginger beer. Gently stir and garnish with a blackberry skewer.

- 1 oz. Disaronno
- 1 oz. reposado tequila
- 1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ oz. agave nectar
- 1 pineapple leaf
Preparation
In a mixing glass, muddle pineapple chunks. Combine the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into highball glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge and leaf.

- 1 oz. Licor 43
- 1 oz. Carolans Irish cream
- ¼ oz. Tuaca
- Mix of cinnamon and sugar for the rim

Shake up liquid ingredients with ice. Strain cocktail over fresh ice into a rocks glass, rimmed with cinnamon sugar mixture.

- 5 oz. freshly squeezed citrus juice (this recipe specifically uses blood oranges and satsumas)
- 5 oz. tequila
- 3 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz. agave nectar
- 1 jalapeno pepper
Preparation
Place everything in a large cocktail mixer. Using a wooden spoon, muddle the jalapeno in the bottom of the shakers to break it up a bit. Add some ice and place the cocktail shaker lid and shake. Strain out the jalapeno and ice. Serve the margaritas over ice with our without salt.

- 1 oz. Grand Marnier
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- .5 oz. simple syrup
- Moët Imperial champagne
- 1 lime
- Salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients, except champagne, in a cocktail shaker and shake. Pour in a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with champagne. Run lime around edge of glass and garnish with salt. Add lime to glass.

- 2 spoons of cream of coconut
- Splash of sour mix
- Splash of orange juice
- Lime slices
- Salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients in a blender with three scoops of ice. Blend until smooth. Pour in a margarita glass. Rim glass with salt. Garnish with lime slices.
