Eat Lighter On Labor Day

Labor Day means plenty of parties and picnics to bid farewell to summer. Want to join the fun without blowing your diet? Dr. Lisa Davis from Medifast shares some tips for enjoying yourself without going overboard:

1. Don’t go to a Labor Day picnic hungry. Eat a piece of fruit or a high protein bar on the way to the party.

2. Don’t eat while standing at a social gathering. Find a quiet place to sit down, relax and focus on the eating experience free of distractions.
