Drugstore Beauty Doubles

I love high end make-up, but sometimes what I want to buy and the amount in my paycheck don't match up.  That means I'm always looking for a beauty bargain — especially when I can get a similar product for a third of the price!

After scouring the aisles at the drug store,  I found some great products that are comparable to those high-end items I see behind expensive beauty counters.

Here are some of my favorite "drugstore doubles":

(Sephora.com/eyeslipsface.com)
Make Up Forever HD Microfinish Powder, $32 & e.l.f. Studio High Definition Powder, $6.00

There may be a few differences in the ingredients, but these powders look and feel the same. Use this bargain finishing powder over your foundation to give you a flawless look.

Tarte Airbrush Finish Bamboo Foundation Brush, $32 & EcoTools Bamboo Bronzer Brush, $9.99

Good brushes can cost you a pretty penny but not this time! This EcoTools brush is a great bang for the buck and can be used for everything from foundation to powder and bronzer.

M•A•C Eyeshadow Brule, $15 & Wet n Wild Brule, $1.99

In this case, the bargain alternative is your best bet.  For under $2, this Wet n Wild shadow is more pigmented and stays put all day.

NARS Turkish Delight, $24 & Bonnie Bell LipLites in Strawberry Parfait $3.75

Kim Kardashian made NARS Turkish Delight a cult classic, yet this gloss can be very sticky, not to mention more expensive.  LipLites is the drugstore alternative for this costly gloss.

(ulta.com/revlon.com)
Tarte LipSurgence Lip Tint in Amused $24 & Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Sweetheart, $8.99

The packaging, color and even the peppermint smell are all remarkably similar … the difference is in the price, with the Revlon version coming in at $15 less.

(nordstrom.com/eyeslipsface.com)
MAC 130 Short Duo Fibre Brush $42 & e.l.f. Studio Small Stipple Brush $3

With thicker and softer bristles, the e.l.f. stipple brush is perfect for use around the eyes.

(Sephora.com/Amazon.com)
BeneFit Coralista, $28 & Milani Baked Blush in Luminoso, $7.99

With a more intense color, this Milani Baked Blush will give you the same coral tint as the Benefit productm, with an added shimmer.
