Highlighting, when used properly, can help accentuate your features as well as create a beautiful glow.  Shackleton advises staying away from using anything too shimmery on the center of your face, and instead, focus on highlighting the upper cheek bone and the brow bone.  Her go-to product is Nars Cosmetics “The Multiple” stick in “Copacabana” for light to medium skin tones, and “Lamu” for medium to deep skin tones.
