Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Bobby from the Blog Chef uses simple ingredients to make grilled pork chops anything but: one cup of ketchup along with honey and soy sauce to marinate the pork for deep flavoring. You can add salt and pepper for even more seasoning if necessary. Cut down on the salt by using low-sodium soy.

Shrimp Ceviche

What's better on a hot summer evening that a chilled, light ceviche? Blogger Layla Pujol uses half a cup of ketchup when making her cold shrimp specialty. To make this tasty dish, she simply soaks onion slices in water for 10 minutes, mixes all ingredients in a bowl and then refrigerates for at least two hours before serving.

Cheeseburger Pasta

Cheeseburger pasta is a meat-and-cheese lovers paradise. Christine Carlisle incorporates cheeseburger condiments like ketchup, mustard and pickles to her recipe to add more flavor. If you're up for even more of a fast-food-in-a-casserole experience, she suggests adding a few french fry bits.

(Frosted!)
Ketchup Cupcakes

Yes, apparently ketchup cupcakes are an actualy thing. Blogger Linda Jean uses half a cup of ketchup as her secret ingredient for keeping these red velvet like cupcakes so moist. Be sure to combine the ketchup, food coloring and water in a separate bowl before mixing with the dry ingredients and eggs. She garnishes the cupcakes with sweet cream cheese icing and red sprinkles.

(Cooking in College)
Kielbasa and Beans

Kielbasa is quick to cook and most importantly you probably have most of the ingredients at home! Declan and Erica from Cooking in College combine ketchup with brown sugar, vinegar and steak sauce to create the perfect balance. They even suggest adding more ketchup if you want a richer taste. Don't mind if we do.

(Low Fat Vegan Chef)
Pad Thai

Veronica Grace of Low Fat Vegan Chef loses all the excess oils normally in pad thai, but adds peanut butter and three tablespoons of ketchup to keep this recipe light, easy, and delicious. Serve immediately to avoid soggy vegetables and cold noodles.
