10 Delicious Daiquiris to Make Your Summer Complete

Learn how to shake things up with 10 delicious daiquiris made for summer.

Classic Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Bacardi Superior
  • .75 oz. lime juice
  • .75 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 lime wheel

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a tin and shake thoroughly. Fine strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lime wheel.

Hemingway Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Brugal Light Rum
  • .5 oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • .5 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. grapefruit juice
  • brandied cherries

Preparation

Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake. Pour into a coupe glass. Add skewered brandied cherries as garnish.

Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. DonQ Cristal Rum
  • 1 ½ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cherry
  • 1 strawberry

Preparation

Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake. Pour into a tall chilled glass. Garnish with cherry and strawberry.

Lime Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • .75 oz. lime juice

Preparation

Add all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice to mixing glass. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Mountainside Mango Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. white rum
  • 1 oz. mango syrup
  • 2 oz. saffron, mango and cardamom juice
  • .75 oz. lemon juice
  • 3 candied lime twists
  • 1 oz. strawberry liquor puree (1/2 oz. pureed strawberry and ½ oz. Fragoli Strawberry Liqueur)

Preparation

Blend all ingredients, except for the strawberry liquor puree, with 10 oz. ice. Place strawberry puree in bottom of coupe glass. Pour mango mix into coupe for swirling effect.

Lola's Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. fresh pineapple juice infused with ground cinnamon
  • 1 oz. fresh orange juice 
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • 2 oz. Bacardi Rum
  • 1 charred pineapple slice
  • 1 luxardo cherry
  • ground cinnamon

Preparation

Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into glass. Garnish with pineapple and cherry. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Summer Splash Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 3 strawberries
  • ¾ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ¾ oz. simple syrup
  • 1 ½ oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz. triple sec

Preparation

Muddle strawberries with fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Add liquor and ice. Shake well. Strain over crushed ice into a footed martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • .5 oz. lime juice
  • .5 oz. Marie Brizard Apry Liqueur
  • .25 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 lime wheel

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a tin and shake thoroughly. Fine strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lime wheel.

Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz. Flor de Cana 4 Year Rum
  • .75 oz. Smith & Cross Jamaican Pot Still Rum
  • .75 oz. freshly squeezed ruby grapefruit juice
  • .5 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/8 oz. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
  • 1 grapefruit peel

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Double strain into your favorite glass and garnish with a grapefruit peel.

Daisy De Santiago

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Flor de Cana 7 Year Rum
  • .75 oz. lime juice
  • .75 oz. simple syrup
  • .5 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 small mint sprig

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except for chartreuse in a tin and shake thoroughly. Pour over an ice chunk into a double old fashioned glass. Top with a half-ounce of chartreuse and garnish with a small mint sprig.
