After years of repeated denials, Lance Armstrong is finally coming clean.

In a pre-taped interview with Oprah Winfrey, the seven-time Tour de France winner reportedly admitted to using performance-enhancing drugs.

And who better to open up to than the queen of talk TV? Over the years, plenty of stars have turned to Winfrey, whether they wanted to confess, apologize or just get something off their chest.
